Julio Jones had a game for the ages Sunday. The Falcons receiver had 12 catches for 300 yards and a touchdown in a 48-33 win over the defending NFC champion Panthers. Now he faces last seasons other Super Bowl team and the Broncos' vaunted "No Fly Zone"defense. After leading the NFL in total defense and pa s defense last season on their way to winning the Super Bowl, the Broncos are fourth overall and second against the pa s this year. Jones will be the best receiver the Broncos have faced thisseason.Jones is a huge reason the Falcons lead the NFL in total offense and points scored. He has the height/weight/speed rarely seen in a receiver and was a mismatch for every Panthers cornerback who lined up against him Sunday."Hes pretty good. We have our hands full," Broncos coach Gary Kubiak said this week, adding thatdefendingJones is "the ultimate challenge."FANTASY: NFL Week 5 wide receiverrankingsJonescaught pa ses on Atlantas first three plays from scrimmage, all of which came while lined up acro s from Panthers rookie James Bradberry, who was drafted in the second round to replace Pro Bowler Josh Norman. Each catch came out of a different formation as the Falcons did a good job of moving around their best receiver. While isolated on the right side, Jones ran Bradberry off before stopping on a curl route for a 22-yard gain on Atlantas first play. He came back with an inroute from the left side for a 14-yard gain. Chris Harris Jr Jersey Bradberry initially did a good job of stopping Jones on the third play, knocking him down. But Jones got up and kept running to catch a 15-yard pa s from a scrambling Matt Ryan. Bradberry suffered a toe injury, but it really didnt matter who the Panthers put acro s from Jones. On his 75-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter, he beat Bene Benwikere with a juke at the line. Ryan then threw a short pa s over the middle and let Jones do the rest. FANTASY: NFL Week 5 defense rankingsBut the Broncos have perhaps the best cornerback tandem in football with Chris Harris Jr. and Aqib Talib. Both will go against Jones Harris will get him when Jones is lined up to the left; Talib when Jones is on the right side of the formation. The Broncos secondary is augmented by safeties T.J. Ward and Darian Stewart and nickelback Bradley Roby. Denver is sixth so far in pa s breakups, and the teams five interceptions are tied for fourth. Talib had a pair of picks in last weeks 27-7 win over the Buccaneers.Talibs first pick was the result of a bad pa s from Bucs quarterback Jameis Winston, but the second one, he baited Winston by letting Mike Evans go by him knowing he had safety help. As the 6-5 Evans settled into an open Virgil Green Jersey spot, Talib dropped right to where Winston was throwing for an easy interception. Harris, who is only 5-10, has had some trouble against bigger receivers. Carolinas Kelvin Benjamin, who is 6-5, caught six pa ses for 91 yards, includinga 14-yard touchdown, in Matt Paradis Jersey Denvers season-opening 21-20 win at Mile High.Harris allowed Benjamin a clean release and the big Panthers receiver went high to catch Cam Newtons pa s. With Benjamin in the middle of a trips formation and 6-4 receiver Devin Funche s inside, Benjamin ran the post as Funche s cro sed over the middle and Corey Brown had a go route outside. As they almost always do, the Broncos were in man defense with Talib on Brown, Harris on Benjamin and Bradley Roby acro s from Funche s. Harris did, however, have some succe s against Benjamin later in the same game. He deflected a Newton pa s intended for Benjamin early in the fourth quarterthen made a diving grab before the ball hit the turf. Ryan must be careful against the ball-hawking Broncos. Ryan torched the Panthers for 503 yards and four scores to bring his season totals to 1,473 yards and 11 touchdowns, but he also has thrown a pair of interceptions. In a Week 2 win over the Raiders, Ryan tried to force the ball to Jacob Tamme. The tight end lined up opposite a three-receiver set to the left. Ryan never looked left, and Raiders cornerback David Amerson read Ryans eyes the whole way to pick him off in the end zone. His second interception came in the second quarter against the Panthers. Ryan was trying to hit running back Devonta Freeman on a quick slant, but the ball was tipped by linebacker Thomas Davis. Panthers safety Kurt Coleman snatched the balland returned the interception 8 yards for a touchdown. Coleman had come up near the line to help with coverage on Jones. MORE: NFL Week 5 Power RankingsThe key for Ryan and the Falcons will be protecting Ryan against the Broncos, who lead the NFL with 17 sacks. Ryan may be tempted at times to force the ball to Jones. That usually works out for him, but hell have to be cautious against the opportunistic Broncos."We're all in it for one reason, and it's to win games and score points on offense," Ryan said. "There's probably not a more unselfish superstar Ty Sambrailo Jersey than Julio. He does whatever it takes to win."It's not trying to force-feed it to Julio, when the time's right, we're absolutely going to be as aggre sive as we po sibly can to get him the ball. When it's not, we trust our other guys to go out there and make plays as well."
